Daily Thoughts Following Christ

We love to share other ministries through out network. That's one of the beautiful things about the body of Christ on line. We are all members of one body whom Christ is the head of.

It doesn't matter what state we individually live in or what country. As Christian's, as born again believers, we are all brothers, and sisters in the Lord. We are called to be one happy family in Christ. We are called to love one another, encourage one another and bless others to the Glory of God.

Personally, I consider it a privilege to share other ministry sites and links with our readers. You see, it's not all about us, but you, our readers. Providing quality sites and ministry links to ministries of integrity is a humble privilege before God. We don't have to do it, we get the privilege to do it!

Just think if the body of Christ would be more open to networking on line. Just think if that individual, me, myself and I, attitude was replaced with brotherly love, with a heart and desire to see others excel. Now that would give Glory to God, and bless the heart of God.

The Redeeming Passion Of Christ

1Jo 3:16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

Christ paid the ultimate sacrifice for us, showing us His Redeeming Passion when He dies for the sins of the world on the cross at Calvary.

Sharing Fellowship With Others

Tonight, we attended Saturday evening services again as we do each and every Saturday eveing. What a blessing it is after a long week to gather together with others in Christ and worship the Lord. Our worship service was for just over an hour. Our Pastor's daughter led worship tonight with her mother on the keyboards. She did a wonderful job leading the congregation in worship. It was such a blessing to see her and her mother both on the platform as worship unfolded.

Our Pastor spoke on faith, worship, and overcoming impossible odds through faith, in trust and through worship and prayer. The evening ended with ministry time as many came forward to receive prayer and just receive from the presence of the Lord. What a awesome sight to see as so many came forward to simply experience all that God had for them during ministry time. Many were deeply touched by the Spirit.

The best part in all this is again tomorrow we gather for two more services, one at 9AM and a second service at 11AM. I just want to encourage you that if you haven't attended services lately, to attend and share fellowship with others in Christ. You will be blessed.

Blessings, and have a blessed Sunday in Jesus.

Finding Him In Prayer

Prayer is so wonderful. When we take the time, and shut life and life's thoughts out, go into our closets and seek the face of Christ in prayer, we find Him. It is amazing, wonderful, and brings peace that surpasses all understanding. To think that we have been given the right to come boldly before the Throne of Grace, and make our requests known unto Him. Now that is good news.

Pray, and pray without ceasing.
Blessings, in Christ.

The Fathers Children

Mat 5:43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.

Mat 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

Mat 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

May we all be the Father's children.

Here Comes Resurrection Celebration

Many call it Easter, and that's fine. I'm not into the Easter bunny, baskets, and colored eggs. Guess I grew out of that one. It is a beautiful holiday, a time for family gatherings, children playing and all the wonders and joy that surround the holiday and the coming of spring.

However it is truly a celebration about one of the greatest events in human history. You see it is all about the Resurrected Christ. For on the third day Jesus rose from the grave. God's only begotten Son who was sent of the Father and died on the cross for the sins of the world, rose from the grave as the Resurrected Christ, and through faith in Him, we have the promise of eternal life. Now that is worth celebrating.

May your celebration be filled with the love of the Father, the love of Christ, and the joy of the Lord.

Thus Saith The Lord

I just had to throw that in. But actually, it is a thus saith the Lord within the scriptures. Jesus said, as John records.

Jhn 21:15 So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, [son] of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.

Jhn 21:16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

Jhn 21:17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

How much do we love you Jesus.
